Shipping Policy

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

  • If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.

Refund mode / duration:

  • Refund will be processed through same mode within 10-14 working days.
  • Please ensure the damaged/ defective items that you're returning is repackaged with in the original condition with all the accompanying accessories that were included when you received it.
  • If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry, this is unfortunate) we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. ¬†
  • ¬†Products can be returned within 48 hours once delivered. The charges to return the product back to us should be taken by the customer.

Cancellation before shipping/ Cancellation duration:
Customer are free to cancel their Order any time before the item is shipped also the customer will be required to notify us of your intention to cancel as this is mandatory for the cancellation to be processed.
